Hill Walk Faisal Hills
Boulevard Shops, Offices & Apartments
Hill Walk is the commercial and lifestyle district inside Faisal Hills, built on elevated ground beside the downtown area and the main GT Road entrance. It is a walkable boulevard of shops, cafés and restaurants with corporate floors and hill-view apartments above, not an enclosed plaza. RDA clearance was confirmed in February 2026
- About Hill Walk
What Is Hill Walk?
Hill Walk sits inside an already-approved society, which makes it a different proposition from a standalone commercial project on raw land. Two things define it: how it is designed, and who is building it.
Hill Walk isn’t a shopping street with apartments attached — it’s a lifestyle upgrade for the whole of Faisal Hills.

- Why Hill Walk
Four reasons investors keep returning.
Prime Positioning
Direct frontage on GT Road with fast links to Islamabad, Rawalpindi and the N-5 / M-1 network — a corner location built for footfall.
Regulatory Certainty
Approved by the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) with the official NOC already granted — a government-checked investment.
Track Record
Delivered by Zedem International, the team behind Faisal Town, Faisal Margalla City, Faisal Residencia and more.
Rising Demand
Growing appetite for hill-view apartments and boulevard retail is pushing values up steadily across Faisal Hills.
- Master Plan
Hill Walk Master Plan
Hill Walk functions as a smaller master plan inside Faisal Hills rather than a floor plan for a single property, which is why its layout is described in streets and blocks rather than floors.

Hill Walk Location & Access
Hill Walk is positioned near the Faisal Hills downtown area on elevated terrain, close to the society’s main entrance on the Grand Trunk Road (N-5) near the Taxila bypass, in Zone 2 of the Islamabad region at the foothills of the Margalla Hills.
Sitting at a main access point is the single most important thing about its position. Every vehicle entering the society from GT Road passes near it, which is the kind of visibility a commercial strip deep inside a block never gets. The surrounding area is established rather than empty: Multi Gardens B-17, New City Phase 2, Taxila city, HITEC University Taxila and the Heavy Mechanical Complex are all nearby, and Faisal Margalla City from the same developer sits on the same corridor.
The elevation also does something for the apartments. Parts of the site face the Margalla foothills directly, which is where the hill-view description comes from.
