Faisal Hills Islamabad
Zone 2
- BRIEF OVERVIEW
Faisal Hills Islamabad Overview
Faisal Hills is one of the larger private housing schemes in the Islamabad–Rawalpindi region and the most developed Faisal Town Group project after Phase 1. It sits in Zone 2, with direct GT Road frontage near the Taxila bypass and Multi Gardens B-17 as its nearest known neighbour. The approved land runs to roughly 11,823.5 Kanal, laid out in blocks rather than sectors.
What separates it from most schemes on this stretch of GT Road is that parts of it are finished rather than promised. The Executive Block and Block A have completed roads, granted possession and families living in built houses, alongside a working school, a sports complex and a pedestrian commercial boulevard inside the scheme.

- Introduction
Is Faisal Hills Right for You?
Not every buyer should be looking at the same block here, and some should not be looking at Faisal Hills at all. Buyers who want to build now belong in the Executive Block or Block A, where possession is granted and neighbours already exist. Buyers with cash but no urgency get more land per rupee in Block D or Block B Extension.
Buyers who need a payment runway rather than a lump sum have one real option, Prime Block, which is the block currently sold on an instalment schedule. If you want a plot you can flip inside twelve months, this is a possession-stage society with slower, steadier movement than a pre-launch scheme, and it is worth knowing that before you book.

- About the society
What separates Faisal Hills from the rest of the corridor

Blocks, not sectors
Position relative to the GT Road entrance is the single biggest driver of price and development stage across the scheme.

Real hill views
Built on rising ground against the Margalla foothills, so parts of Block B and Hill View Estate carry direct hill views — and the premium holds on resale.

A population, not a plan
A working school inside a plotted scheme means enough families have actually moved in to sustain it. Schools follow population, not the other way round.

Questions to Ask Before Booking
QUESTION 01
Is the block covered by the existing RDA-approved layout plan, or is a revised submission pending?
QUESTION 02
Can the office issue you a stamped block map with a revision date?
QUESTION 03
Is this a developer booking, or a resale file on an unreleased block?
ALSO CHECK
A Golf Block appears in some documentation while most current maps show B Extension in that position.
- Commercial
Commercial plots
- Two plots of identical size can carry very different values depending on which road they front, how much footfall the block already generates, and the permitted building height.
- Executive Block commands the highest commercial rates because it is already populated; Block C offers lower entry against a longer wait for footfall.
- Ask specifically for the permitted height category before you buy — it changes what you can build, and therefore what the land is worth.
- Legal Status
Faisal Hills NOC Status
Is Faisal Hills RDA Approved?
Yes. Faisal Hills holds a No Objection Certificate issued by the Rawalpindi Development Authority under reference RDA/MP&TE/F-PHS-TAX-02/966, covering approximately 11,823.5 Kanal. The approval covers the scheme's land and its layout plan, and the society has appeared on RDA's approved private housing schemes record since 2016.An NOC matters because it is the only piece of evidence about a housing scheme that does not originate with the seller. Brochures, master plans and drone videos all come from the developer. An approval comes from the regulator.

| Step | What to do | What you are confirming |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Search Faisal Hills on the Rawalpindi Development Authority's approved private housing schemes list | That the scheme is currently listed, with its NOC reference |
| 2 | Compare the approved Kanal figure against the total area on the map you were shown | That the map does not extend beyond the approved boundary |
| 3 | Ask the sales office whether the specific block containing your plot falls inside the approved layout | That your block, not just the society, is covered |
| 4 | Ask for the revision date on the block map issued to you | That you are working from a current drawing |
| 5 | Get the answers in writing before any payment | A record you can refer back to |

- Location & map
GT Road, Taxila — Zone 2, Islamabad
An established neighbourhood, not empty ground
Multi Gardens B-17, Hill View Housing Scheme, New City Phase 2 and Taxila city are all close by, along with HITEC University Taxila, Taxila Museum and the Heavy Mechanical Complex. Faisal Margalla City, from the same developer, sits on the same GT Road corridor beside B-17.One practical point that comes up often in buyer questions: the elevation. Faisal Hills is built on rising ground against the Margalla foothills, which is why parts of Block B and the Hill View area carry direct hill views. It also means the weather here runs slightly cooler and greener than the flat Rawalpindi plain in summer — though it sits in the same broad climate zone as Islamabad and is not a hill station.

A warning about downloads
Faisal Hills map PDFs circulate widely across marketing sites and WhatsApp groups, and many are years out of date. A copy from 2022 will not show Block D in its current form and will not show blocks released since. For casual research that is fine. For a payment decision, request the current block map from the sales office and check its revision date.

On prices
Rates in Faisal Hills move frequently and differ sharply between blocks, and this page does not publish a figure we cannot trace to an official Faisal Town rate sheet. Industry listings during 2026 put the range across the society roughly between PKR 40 lakh and PKR 3.5 crore depending on block, size and category, but treat that as a market observation rather than a quote. For an actual number, ask the office for the current rate sheet for the specific block and size you want. That sheet is dated, and a dated sheet is the only price worth acting on.
Commercial Plots
Commercial plots are distributed across every block, with the heaviest concentrations in Block C (around 815 plots) and the Executive Block (around 504 plots). Commercial land in Faisal Hills sits along the 225-foot main boulevard, the internal commercial strips within each block, and the downtown area around Hill Walk.Commercial pricing works differently from residential. Two plots of identical size can carry very different values depending on which road they front, how much footfall the surrounding block already generates, and the permitted building height. The Executive Block commands the highest commercial rates in the society precisely because it is already populated, while Block C offers lower entry against a longer wait for footfall.

Landmarks & Attractions in Faisal Hills

Commercial Boulevard
Masjid Ali
Masjid Ali is named as a mosque within Faisal Hills, though its construction status and block location could not be verified for this page.
What is documented is a Jamia Masjid in the society, with further mosque sites allocated at block level in the master plan. If prayer facilities matter to your block choice, ask the sales office which mosque serves your block and whether it is open today.

Mixed-Use Tower
The Marquee
A marquee is listed among the facilities associated with Faisal Hills, though its construction status and location could not be verified for this page. For residents it solves a real problem: weddings and large family gatherings can be held inside the society rather than at a venue out on GT Road. Ask the sales office which block it falls in and whether it is currently taking bookings.

Evening Destination
Glow Park
Glow Park, also known as Glow Garden, is an illuminated public garden in Faisal Hills featuring artistic light installations. Open and operating, it serves as an evening destination for residents and visiting families. Its ability to attract non-residents creates valuable footfall, supporting nearby commercial activity and helping businesses benefit from consistent visitor traffic.

Landmark
The Arch Monument
The Arch Monument, also called the Arc Monument, stands in Block A and follows a triumphal-arch design. Developed as a visitable landmark, it includes a restaurant and public viewing area. Beyond its visual appeal, the Arch provides an important navigation point, helping visitors identify Block A and distinguish it from surrounding areas within the large housing scheme.

Education
Roots International School
Roots International School operates in the Executive Block and is an established school within Faisal Hills. Its presence signals growing residential occupancy, as schools typically follow population growth. The master plan also reserves education land, including a reported 101-Kanal university site. References mention Super Nova School, but its status should be confirmed directly before making decisions.

Sports Arena
Cricket Ground, Football Ground and Sports Arena
Faisal Hills has a multipurpose sports complex in Block B, inaugurated by Chairman Chaudhry Abdul Majeed and now operational. Reported at around 171 Kanal, it includes cricket, football, hockey, tennis, basketball, futsal, indoor and outdoor gyms, a jogging track, and community centre. Known as Sports Arena, it offers families a substantial, functioning recreational facility.
