How to Verify Faisal Town NOC
Buyers can check a project's legal status directly through the Rawalpindi Development Authority rather than relying only on what a developer or agent says. Visit RDA's official website, search for the project name, then look for the NOC number, approval date and layout plan tied to that approval — compare it against the specific block or sector you're considering, since approval can sometimes cover part of a society rather than all of it. For Faisal Residencia, run the same check through the Capital Development Authority instead, since RDA has no jurisdiction there. For Faisal Town Phase 2, since its NOC is still under process, ask the sales office directly for the current application status and written documentation before making a payment.
