Launched in 2014 as Faisal Town Group’s first project, Phase 1 sits in
Sector F-18, Islamabad, close to the M-1 Motorway Toll Plaza and
Rawalpindi-Kohat Road. The society covers around 4,735 Kanal, split
between residential blocks, commercial zones and green spaces,
organized into Block A, Block B, Block C and Block B-1. Residential plots
start from 5 Marla and go up to 2 Kanal. Plots in Block A, B and C are
now sold on a lump sum basis since most of the society is built and
occupied.

Phase 1, organizing it into sectors A through Y, plus the Overseas

Faisal Hills — Near Taxila
Faisal Hills sits on the main GT Road (N-5) near Taxila, roughly 10-15
minutes from Islamabad via Margalla Avenue. Zedem International
developed this society across 11,823 Kanal, making it one of the largest
in the Faisal Town Group portfolio. RDA approved Faisal Hills with a full
NOC since 2016, covering the entire land area. The layout splits into
seven blocks – A, B, C, D, Executive, Prime and Golf – offering more than
32,000 residential and commercial plots. Residential sizes range from 5
Marla to 1 Kanal, and Block D has moved into active construction with
possession already delivered in parts of the society.

Faisal Margalla City - Multi Gardens B-17, Islamabad
Launched in September 2018, Faisal Margalla City sits next to Multi
Gardens B-17 on the main GT Road, at the foot of the Margalla Hills. The
society spans 3,671.41 Kanal and holds a confirmed RDA NOC, approved
under letter RDA/MP&TE/F-PHS-TAX-07/145 in February 2019.
Residential plots range from 5.5 Marla to 1 Kanal, alongside 14.2 Marla
and other mid-size options, with possession already handed over in
parts of the society following balloting in 2019. Because its NOC and
possession are both settled, it suits buyers who want a fully cleared,
already-developing project.

Faisal Heights launched on 29 August 2025 in Faisal Town Phase 1, Block

connected 18-storey towers, it offers roughly 700 units across studio, 1, 2,
3 and 4-bed layouts. The project carries NOC approval as part of the
established Faisal Town society. Buyers can book with a 25% down
payment followed by a 6-year post-handover installment plan, with
possession promised within 5 years.

in 1, 2 and 3-bedroom layouts plus penthouses; shops range from 153 to
2,683 sq ft, including a 4th-floor food court. As of late 2025, basement
and parking levels were complete, with upper floors moving through
